Venue:                        Villa Alfredo’s Resort (San Fernando Pampanga)
Date:               June 22-23, 2019
Participants:   CSD (Head Offices Personnel, Liaisons Region 1, 2, 3, NCR)
                        35 participants

Course Objective:
·         Develop good working relationship between all members
·         To build trust in the workplace and strengthen team unity
·         To establish common purpose
·         To establish a climate of cooperation and collaborative
·         To have fun, unwind and learn in a very memorable way in a refreshing environment

The Team








About the Resort
Villa Alfredo’s resort is a stylish garden resort located in the heart of Pampanga. It is just an hour and a half way from the busy city life of manila. It is nested within the secluded, lush tropical garden, filled with exotic flowers, rare varieties of palm, cacti and bamboo species, and colorful birds. A perfect place to relax and enjoy.
Plenty of sun, comfort of the room, courteous services and friendly atmosphere. A pleasant and elegant hideaway for nature lovers.
There are many leisure facilities at the resort including 14 first class and different themed swimming pools, a separate children’s wading pool with water slides, wave pool, Jacuzzis, aviary and marine aquarium, which will surely keep the guests happy.



Team Activities
The program was conducted in the liveliest manner with hearty discussion and group fun activities.

These methods were utilized  so as to create an interactive team building session to which the team member feel part of the process and create a relaxed environment for enhanced learning and bonding amongst team members. 

Indoor Activities
·         CSD Feud. Act as an ice breakers and energizers. This session meant to create a free learning environment with regards to company profile.




















·         Open Forum. This session created to which the participants were given a chance to introduce her/his self to the group and to share expectation, learning experiences and other personal matter.




















Outdoor Activities
·         Obstacle Course Relay. These activities encourage active participation, teamwork, communication, unity and trust using mental and physical strength.


























·         Leisure Time. This free time, participants were given a time to do what they want to do. Most participants enjoy the venue by swimming, photographing memories, eating, playing and bonding with the group.























Closing
To close the day, we created a simple programmed to commend members who excelled in the said activities, highlights their strengths and prevail each session.









Evaluation
This regular team building helps to keep the team growing and energized.
Activities conducted help to build harmonious relationship within the group.
Sessions helps to improved interpersonal skills of the team and help to build trust to each member
In totality, those days remembered to each member how important they are to build a teamwork unity and trust to our team to achieve our mission for the vision of the company.
All participant truly appreciated the activities and said that it will be done more often
